Since it's inception in 1992, Payless Entertainment Pty Ltd has become Australia's leading distributor of budget CDs & DVDs. Based in Sydney, and boasting national representation, our aim is to make quality products available at a budget price.
In July 2006, Payless was purchased by the publicly listed Destra Corporation (DES), thus becoming part of Australia's largest independant music, visual and theatrical company.
Now in September 2008, a managment buyout was arranged between Destra & key employees of Payless, once again giving Payless the freedom private ownership allows. This is probably the most exciting point in the Payless story...
